I am classically-trained with two decades of performance experience, but I offer a variety of repertoire - whatever you need to fit your occasion. I am available for hire for weddings, memorial services, receptions, and various other public and private events in the Greater Richmond area.

With over 15 years of teaching experience, I believe that anyone at any age can learn a musical instrument. I offer masterclasses and teach intermediate to advanced piano with an emphasis on efficient technique, expressive musicality, and learning to perform with confidence.
Is Music Really a Universal Language?
As a musicologist, these kinds of questions are part of the overall picture of the wider historical study of music. I approach music research from an interdisciplinary perspective and offer lectures on understanding not only form and function, but cultural and social meaning in music practices around the globe.

Asana, or physical yoga, is only one part of the larger whole of a yoga lifestyle. Mindfulness practices can look different for everyone and can be a part of everyone's daily routine. A meditation practice of even 5 minutes a day, especially at the busiest times of day when you need it most, can help reframe and reenergize you for the important things in life.
